About the Refund and Returns Policy

ANOMALOUS is a small business run by a sole proprietor. Because of the financial limitations running a business of this type, I will not accept any refunds.

In some specific instances, such as with a defective unit, I may pay to have the unit shipped back for repairs before returning it to the customer.
